Sunday 6th October

A new month, who can believe it.

Sally Sharpe travelled up North, and left the sunshine when she took part in the Great Scottish 10km in Glasgow! The foil blankets were out at the start of the race but Sally completed it, and at the time of writing, we do not have the results. But Congratulations for taking SADRC up north!

Its been a busy past month for SADRC runners going here, there and everywhere!

Equinox 2024 Louise Darrington has again competed in Equinox24 as a solo runner. She has completed 12 laps! What an achievement in some of the worse conditions she has ever seen at this event. 120 km/74 miles of pure determination. Louise congratulations from everyone at the club!

Sam Fox also ran Equinox over the weekend. Last year Sam ran 6 laps, so this year was determined to go further. No matter the weather, Sam was determined to keep running whilst listening to her favourite songs. Sam completed the Equinox running 8 laps!!! Congratulations Sam!

Humberbridge Half Marathon

Lee Cook, Phillip Prouse and Sally Sharpe took to the Humber Bridge today to run the Humber Bridge Half Marathon! Running over that fantastic Bridge is always such a great moment  Well Done to the wonderful trio for running great races and representing team SADRC.

Club Track Nights

The Club Tracks nights are back. Its been a few years, but they are back. Every Wednesday! Seeing people at all levels from beginners to seasoned athletes push the boundaries through 10 and even 15 repetitions was outstanding. Every week, rain or shine there have been fantastic turn outs and great efforts by all. Congratulations everyone! Wednesday night, Boston PRSA!

C25Km

After 10 weeks of hardwork and determination! Especially to do the homework, the Skegness sites 14th beginner course was completed! It was fantastic to see the smiles when crossing the line....running under the fantastic human arch that the Skegness memebers made for the beginners! Just shows the support that the club shows to all runners, and to embrace the achievements of all!

You are officially no longer beginners, but incredible runners! You should be so proud of yourself and we cannot wait to see where this running journey takes you! Congratulations to all!

Pinchbeck 10km

Congratulations to everyone who ran this morning! A lovely 10km race by Halmer Harriers

Thank you to all the marshalls and the club for organising another fantastic event! Congratulations to Kate who sneaked herself a fantastic new 10km PB. So many excellent results today at Pinchbeck! Congratulations!
